Davis-Rodgers FFA Takes Home Top Honors at AIM Conference

Submitted by: Quentin Slater

A resume contest was held on December 14th as part of the AIM conference in Clarinda.  The AIM conference focuses on the skill sets of Agriculture, Industry, and Manufacturing.  The conference is held every year in Clarinda and invites nearby FFA members to participate in daily activities and contests.  The main contest is the resumè contest where area students are asked to submit a resumè to be judged. The Davis-Rodgers FFA chapter had numerous people enter and were very pleased with the results.  Some top honors went to Jake Stenzel of Shenandoah (3rd) and Cayley Lorimor of Shenandoah (1st). Students were encouraged to conduct mock interviews.  Sponsors of the event were Agrivision Equipment Group, Agriland FS, EZ Way Inc., Iowa Western, Keane Thummel Trucking Inc., Lisle, NSK, NSK-AKS, and Pella.
