The Shenandoah Community School District offers a wide variety of extracurricular activities year round for our students.  The Shenandoah Park & Recreation Department offers activities for students elementary through middle school.  The school district offers student activities from middle school to high school.  We offer athletics, fine arts, honor societies, school service organizations, and interest groups.

Shenandoah Community School District is a charter member of the Hawkeye 10 Conference.  The Hawkeye 10 Conference consists of eleven schools: Atlantic, Carroll-Kemper, Clarinda, Creston, Denison, Glenwood, Harlan, Lewis Central, Red Oak, Shenandoah, and St. Albert.

Shenandoah Athletic Booster Club

The Shenandoah Athletic Booster Club has been providing financial support for our student athletes for many years.  Our club believes that participating student athletes develop skills needed to succeed in life – team work, goal setting, self-discipline, pride, and self-confidence.  The Booster Club, with your financial assistance, is continually working to provide support so our community can be proud of our athletes, facilities, and equipment.  The Shenandoah Athletic Booster Club would like to thank you for your continued support of our Shenandoah athletes.
